## Unser Angebot für dich als Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d) am Standort Berlin

  • Attraktive Vergütung bis zu 30 €/Stunde
  • voller Stundenlohn bei Urlaub, Krankheit und Warte -und Garantiefall
  • Willkommensbonus bis zu 3000 € & Empfehlungsprämie bis zu 1500 €
  • Bei Vollzeit gibt es eine Option auf einen Dienstwagen inklusive Tankkarte, auch zur privaten Nutzung
  • Zuschläge auf den Gesamtlohn (Sonntag 50 %, Feiertag 100 %, Nachtschicht 25 %)

## Deine Aufgaben als Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d)

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Pflege und Medikamentengabe
  • Pflegedokumentation
  • Sie unterstützen ältere Bewohner bei alltäglichen Aktivitäten wie Körperpflege, Mahlzeiten und Mobilität
  • Sie arbeiten eng im Team und betreuen Senioren, Angehörige, Ärzte und Fachdienste
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität

## Dein Profil als Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d) am Standort Berlin

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Mitfühlende und einfühlsame Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fachliche Kompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
