  • Planung und Umsetzung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Ausführung ärztlich veranlasster Maßnahmen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung eines angenehmen, respektvollen Umfelds
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewohner und Angehörige
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Förderung von Lebensqualität und Wohlbefinden im Alltag

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
