Aufgaben

  • Pflegerische Versorgung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Kunden
  • Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Pflegeprozesse kontinuierlich zu evaluieren und die Pflegequalität sicherzustellen, um so das Qualitätsmanagement zu fördern
  • In Mitarbeitergesprächen bringst Du Dich ein und pflegst eine offene Kommunikation, auch im Austausch mit Angehörigen

Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger mit und hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung absolviert
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus und machen Dich zu einem wertvollen Mitglied unseres Teams
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent sind für Dich selbstverständlich, und Du bist flexibel in Deiner Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab und unterstützen Dich bei der täglichen Arbeit
