## Für die Ambulante Pflege suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine:n Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit, Gehalt in Anlehnung an den TVöD

  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Pflegefachfrau:mann (m/w/d), zur:m Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger:in (m/w/d) oder zur:m Altenpfleger:in (m/w/d)
  • Hohes Maß an pflegerischer Fachkompetenz
  • Engagement, Belastbarkeit und Interesse an der anthroposophisch orientierten Pflege
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
  • Förderung der Lebenszufriedenheit durch individuelle, ganzheitliche Pflege
  • Erstellung der Pflegeanamnese und Medikamentenverwaltung
  • Ansprechperson für Bewohner:innen, Angehörige und Ärzt:innen
  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Schulungen
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Aktives Mitgestalten des QM-Systems
