Pflegefachperson (m/w/d) für die Neurologische Frührehabilitation/IMC
- Aufgaben:
- Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege im multiprofessionellen Team
- Korrekte Umsetzung der gültigen Standards und Leitlinien
- Erstellung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozessplanung
- Anleitung und Unterstützung von Hilfskräften, Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
- Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
- Freude am Pflegeberuf und zum selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Absolute Patientenorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
