Pflegefachperson (m/w/d) für die Pneumologie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
- Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege im multiprofessionellen
- Team
- Korrekte Umsetzung der gültigen Standards und Leitlinien
- Erstellung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozessplanung
- Anleitung und Unterstützung von Hilfskräften, Auszubildenden und
- Praktikanten
