- Individuelle Versorgung und Betreuung unser intensivpflichtigen Patienten (m/w/d)
- Unterstützung bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
- Begleitung und Unterstützung der Eltern (m/w/d) und Angehörigen (m/w/d)
- Fachgerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation pflegerischer Maßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten (m/w/d), Therapeuten (m/w/d) und weiteren Berufsgruppen
- Umsetzung unserer Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen
- Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Pflegeausbildung
- Fachweiterbildung für pädiatrische Intensiv- und Anästhesiepflege wünscheswert
- Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Freude an entwicklungsfördernder und familienorientierter Pflege
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
