Deine Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten bzw. Bewohner
  • Durchführung Grund- und Behandlungspflegerischer Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
  • Unterstützung bei der Förderung von Gesundheit, Wohlbefinden und Lebensqualität

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
