Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen und Umsetzung ärztlicher Anordnungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Pflegealltags und Unterstützung im Team
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands und frühzeitiges Erkennen von Veränderungen
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Dokumentation aller Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ein großes Maß an Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
