Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Passau einen Pflegehelfer/Fachhelfer/Betreuungskraft (§43) (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Motivation und Begleitung bei Alltagsaktivitäten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegepersonal und Angehörigen
  • Betreuung und Aktivierung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern im Alltag
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner beim Toilettengang
  • Wahrung der Intimsphäre und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit
  • Ihr Profil
  • Qualifikation als Betreuungskraft gemäß §43 SGB XI (z. B. nach §43b/53c)
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer/in oder Pflegefachhelfer
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit älteren oder hilfsbedürftigen Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
