Unsere Häusliche Krankenpflege unterstützt pflegebedürftige Menschen dabei, weiterhin selbstbestimmt und gut versorgt in ihrem vertrauten Zuhause zu leben.

  • Vergütung nach AVR.KW EG 3 (2.811,85 € bis 3.084,73 € basierend auf 39 Std./Woche)

  • Durchführung der Dokumentationen
  • Durchführung von grund- und behandlungspflegerischer Versorgung und Betreuung von Klienten entsprechend der gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung nicht erforderlich - Quereinsteiger Willkommen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen bzw. behinderten Menschen wünschenswert
  • PKW Führerschein zwingend erforderlich
