Für einen unserer namenhaften Kunden aus der stationären Pflege, suchen wir ab sofort oder später einen Pflegehelfer\*innen (m/w/d) an unterschiedlichen Standorten in Berlin, TZ und/oder VZ

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege von Patienten, einschließlich Körperpflege, Ernährung und Mobilisation

· Begleitung und Betreuung der Bewohner im Alltag

· Dokumentation von Pflegeleistungen und Beobachtungen

· Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung von Freizeitaktivitäten

· Zusammenarbeit im Team zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität

Ihr Profil:

· Pflegehelfer (m/w/d) mind. mit Pflegebasiskurs oder einjähriger Ausbildung

· Hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen

· Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit

· Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

· Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Schichtbereitschaft
