Für unsere Tagespflege suchen wir ab dem 01.12.2026 eine engagierte Pflegehelfer/in bzw. Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (35 Stunden pro Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Gäste im Alltag
  • Aktivierung und Beschäftigung unserer Tagespflegegäste
  • Unterstützung bei pflegerischen Tätigkeiten (je nach Qualifikation)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen Tagesablaufs
  • Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen

Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Pflege oder Betreuung
  • Qualifikation als Pflegehelfer/in und/oder Betreuungskraft nach § 43b SGB XI ist von Vorteil, aber je nach Einsatzbereich nicht zwingend erforderlich
