WIR SUCHEN für unsere Tagespflege in Kürten-Bechen eine*n Pflegehelfer*in(m/w/d)

Beschäftigungsumfang 15,60 Stunden/Woche, unbefristet

IHRE AUFGABEN

Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung der Pflegestandards und der Umsetzung der festgelegten Maßnahmen
Gewährleistung der aktivierenden pflegerischen Versorgung sowie der Betreuung der Tagespflegegäste
Vor- und Nachbereitung der Pflege- und Betreuungs einsätze und Dokumentation
Übernahme von hauswirtschaftlichen Arbeiten in Bezug auf die Betreuung und Versorgung der Tagespflegegäste
Motivation und Aktivierung der Tagespflegegäste zum Erhalt der Alltagsfertigkeiten

IHR PROFIL

Berufserfahrung als Pflegehelfer\_in
Vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer\_in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Senioren Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
