Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Grundpflege: Unterstützung unserer Klienten bei der Körperpflege, beim An- und Auskleiden sowie bei der Nahrungsaufnahme.
  • Alltagsbegleitung: Du hast ein offenes Ohr, begleitest bei Spaziergängen und aktivierst die Lebensfreude.
  • Dokumentation: Einfache digitale Erfassung der Pflegeleistungen (per Tablet/Smartphone).
  • Teamarbeit: Enger Austausch mit den examinierten Pflegefachkräften und Ärzten.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Qualifikation: Eine 1-jährige Ausbildung als Altenpflegehelfer/Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d) oder einen absolvierten Pflegebasiskurs (mind. 200 Std.).
  • Quereinsteiger? Auch ohne Vorkenntnisse arbeiten wir dich intensiv ein, wenn das Herz am rechten Fleck sitzt!
  • Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit älteren oder pflegebedürftigen Menschen.
  • Kommunikation: Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1) für die Dokumentation und das Gespräch mit den Patienten.
