Möchten Sie in einem sinnstiftenden Beruf arbeiten, Menschen unterstützen und ihre Lebensqualität verbessern? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen einen einfühlsamen und verantwortungsbewussten Pflegehelfer (m/w/d) für 25 Stunden wöchentlich, der unser Team tatkräftig unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Hilfe bei der Körperpflege, Mobilisation und Ernährung
  • Begleitung bei Aktivitäten und Spaziergängen
  • Unterstützung des Pflegefachpersonals bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Gewährleistung einer angenehmen und sicheren Atmosphäre

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie haben idealerweise eine Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer oder erste Erfahrungen in der Pflege
  • Sie sind einfühlsam, verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und im Team
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Empathie und Kommunikation
  • Sie sind bereit, auch an Wochenenden oder in Schichtarbeit zu arbeiten
