## Pflegehilfskraft (m/w/d)

Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder Minijob

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Hilfestellung bei der Körperpflege, beim An- und Auskleiden sowie bei der Mobilität
  • Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Aktivitäten
  • Durchführung pflegerischer Tätigkeiten entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und dem vorgesehenen Aufgabenbereich
  • Beobachtung und Weitergabe relevanter Veränderungen an die Pflegefachkräfte
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Leistungen
  • Wertschätzende Begleitung und Unterstützung pflegebedürftiger Menschen

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Pflege ist von Vorteil
  • Eine pflegerische Qualifikation ist wünschenswert
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und respektvoller Umgang
  • Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse für Kommunikation und Dokumentation
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
