Die Selena Pflegedienst GmbH ist ein wachsender ambulanter Pflegedienst in Berlin-Marzahn. Unser Ziel ist eine professionelle, zuverlässige und menschliche Versorgung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten. Wir legen großen Wert auf Teamarbeit, Wertschätzung und eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Pflegehelferinnen und Pflegehelfer mit Berufserfahrung für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst in Berlin-Marzahn.

Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit (Stundenaufstockung möglich).

## Ihre Aufgaben

Durchführung der Grundpflege bei unseren Patientinnen und Patienten

Unterstützung bei Mobilisation und aktivierender Pflege

Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung des Alltags

Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an die Pflegefachkräfte

Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen

Freundlicher und wertschätzender Umgang mit unseren Patientinnen und Patienten

Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und dem Pflegeteam

## Ihr Profil

Pflegebasiskurs oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten oder stationären Pflege

Freude am Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen

Zuverlässige, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
