### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fördern der Lebenszufriedenheit unserer Kunden durch individuelle und aktivierende Betreuung und Pflege
  • Durchführen der täglichen Grundpflege
  • Erledigung von pflegebezogenen, hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten
  • Motivieren unserer Kunden zur Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen und therapeutischen Angeboten
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung

### Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum Pflegefachhelfer oder Pflegehelferkurs bzw. Erfahrungen im Pflegebereich wünschenswert/Quereinsteiger willkommen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Selbständiges, kreatives und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Empathische Grundhaltung und Teamgeist
