Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Pflegehelfer (m/w/d),
- aber auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen!
- Positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und situatives Handeln
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Leistungsbereitschaft
- körperliche und seelische Stabilität
- Freundliches Auftreten gegenüber unseren Kunden und deren Angehörigen
- Bereitschaft zur Kommunikation und Kooperation mit Pflegebedürftigen und deren Angehörigen,
- Mitarbeitern und Vorgesetzten
- Führerschein Klasse B
Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
- Bedürfnisorientierte Grund- und Behandlungspflege unter Einhaltung der gültigen Pflegestandards
- Hilfe beim Waschen- und Anziehen der Klienten
- Verabreichung von ärztlich verschriebenen Medikamenten
- Messung von Blutzucker und Insulinverabreichung
- eine sachgerechte Führung der Pflegedokumentation
