Das neue DRK-Seniorenzentrum in Wegberg stellt 82 vollstationäre Plätze für die Betreuung aller Pflegegrade und zusätzlich 2 Kurzzeitpflegeplätze bereit. Es gibt ein Wohngruppenkonzept mit 6 Wohngruppen für je 14 Bewohner. Dabei sind alle Zimmer als moderne, komfortable Einzelzimmer konzipiert. Die neue Einrichtung wird zudem in nachhaltiger Bauweise errichtet und verfügt dann zum Beispiel über eine Erdwärmepumpe und Stromgewinnung aus Photovoltaik.

Arbeiten beim DRK ist mehr als nur ein Job, denn Du

  • führst gewissenhaft die grundpflegerisch geplanten Maßnahmen durch.
  • arbeitest eng und vertrauensvoll mit den Pflegefachkräften zusammen.
  • unterstützt bei Betreuungs- und hauswirtschaftlichen Maßnahmen.

Du bist genau unser Mensch, weil Du

  • verantwortungsbewusst, flexibel und zuverlässig bist.
  • im Idealfall die 1-jährige Ausbildung zum Altenpflegehelfer (m/w/d), Pflegefachassistent (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen hast.
  • genau wie wir, stets einen respektvollen Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen pflegst.
  • gerne im Team arbeitst, kommunikativ und bestens mit MS-Office vertraut bist.
