Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Bewohner im Alltag (Grundpflege, Mobilisation, Begleitung)
  • Durchführung von Leistungen nach LG1 (z. B. Medikamentengabe gemäß ärztlicher Anordnung)
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands und fachgerechte Dokumentation
  • Förderung sozialer Teilhabe und Gestaltung des gemeinschaftlichen Tagesablaufs
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegefachkräften, Angehörigen und externen Diensten

Vorausgesetzte Kenntnisse:

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation für Behandlungspflege LG1
  • Erfahrung in der ambulanten oder stationären Betreuung von Wohngruppen ist von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige, empathische und klare Kommunikation
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Führerschein
