Qualifiziert und motiviert - Dein Profil als Pflegehelfer

  • Sie haben die Qualifizierung nach LG1 und LG2 abgeschlossen
  • Sie haben erste Erfahrung in als Pflegehelfer sammeln können
  • Sie sind zuverlässig, einfühlsam und engagiert
  • Sie arbeiten gerne in einem tollen Team, auf das Sie sich verlassen können

  • Sie übernehmen mit Ihrem Fachwissen neben der Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Klienten auch den zu dokumentierenden Pflegeprozess
  • Sie bekommen die Möglichkeit den pflegerischen Alltag aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Durch Ihr Wirken begleiten Sie unsere Klienten sinnvoll und strukturiert durch den Alltag und gehen auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse ein

  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • Vergütung nach BAT-KF 3a plus Jahressonderzahlung, betrieblicher Altersvorsorge, ggf. Kinderortszuschlag und tariflicher Zuschläge. Das aktuelle Gehalt (ohne Zuschläge) liegt – abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation – bei ca. 2.907,18 € bis 3.629,25 € brutto monatlich bei einer Vollzeit-Stelle
