Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Für die häusliche 1:1 Betreuung in Falkensee suchen wir Pflegehelfer / Pflegeassistenten (m/w/d).
  • Der Patient sitzt im Rollstuhl, ist nicht sprechfähig und benötigt umfassende Unterstützung bei allen Tätigkeiten des täglichen Lebens. Ziel ist eine selbstbestimmte Versorgung zu Hause sowie größtmögliche soziale Teilhabe .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei Grundpflege, Intimpflege, An- und Auskleiden, IKM-Wechsel
  • Mobilisation (Bett ↔ Rollstuhl), Unterstützung bei Essen, Trinken, Medikamentengabe
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Unterstützung (z. B. Kochen, Wäsche, Aufräumen) und gemeinsames Einkaufen
  • Beschäftigungsangebote und Freizeitgestaltung (Musik, Basteln, Vorlesen, Spiele, Ausflüge wie Kino, Tierpark, Restaurantbesuche, Eiscafé, Busfahrten)
  • Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, Motivation und positiver Bestärkung
  • Nachtbetreuung mit Kontrollgängen, Getränke reichen, Toilettengänge begleiten

Anforderungen an den Bewerber:

  • Erfahrung als Pflegehelfer / Pflegeassistent, gern mit Vorerfahrung in Behindertenhilfe oder Altenpflege
  • Empathie, Geduld, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zu Diensten im 24-Stunden-Betreuungsmodell (Schichtdienst inkl. Nacht, Sonn- und Feiertagsarbeit)
  • Freude an einer sinnstiftenden Tätigkeit im häuslichen Umfeld

Wir bieten:

  • Attraktive Vergütung: 19,50 € pro Stunde
  • Zuschläge für Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertage
