Für eine ambulante Pflegeeinrichtung in Dresden-Klotzsche suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung engagierte Unterstützung im Bereich der Grundpflege und Behandlungspflege – ohne geteilte Dienste , direkt im Service-Wohnen, ohne lange Wege oder Fahrzeiten .

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Grundpflege, Mobilisation und Krankenbeobachtung
  • Unterstützung bei Ernährung, Prophylaxen und Alltagsbewältigung
  • Durchführung hauswirtschaftlicher Aufgaben und Betreuung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Dokumentation aller Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Einsatz direkt im Service-Wohnen (ohne weite Fahrtstrecken)

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung als Pflegeassistent:in oder Pflegehelfer:in
  • \*\*LG1-Qualifikation (Behandlungspflegeschein)\*\* ist vorhanden
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
  • Freude an der ambulanten Pflege und ein zuverlässiges, freundliches Auftreten
