Auf Ihren Pflegetouren besuchen Sie unsere Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrer eigenen Häuslichkeit und unterstützen sie dort individuell im Alltag.

Dazu gehören insbesondere:

  • Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege, z. B. Körperpflege, Ernährung und Mobilität
  • hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung, z. B. Reinigung, Einkauf und Wäschepflege
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung im Alltag
  • Begleitung und Beschäftigung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten
  • zuverlässige Dokumentation der durchgeführten Maßnahmen

Ihre Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten

  • Wenn Sie erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt haben, können Sie bei uns zusätzliche Verantwortung übernehmen.
  • Wir qualifizieren Sie intern für die Durchführung ausgewählter Maßnahmen der Behandlungspflege (Delegationsbefähigung).
  • So können Sie sich auch ohne abgeschlossene Pflegeausbildung fachlich weiterentwickeln und Ihr Einsatzgebiet erweitern.
  • gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft, selbstständig unterwegs zu sein
  • Bereitschaft, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln

Pflegeerfahrung ist nicht erforderlich – auch Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
