Zu unseren Aufgaben gehören die Pflege und Betreuung im ambulanten, teilstationären und vollstationären Bereich sowie die klinische geriatrische Rehabilitation alter und pflegebedürftiger Menschen in der Ortenau und Baden-Baden.

Ihre Aufgaben

Möchten Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams im Paul-Gerhardt-Haus werden? Als Pflegehelfer (m/w/d) in der stationären Pflege unterstützen Sie ab sofort und in Teilzeit unsere Bewohner in ihrem Alltag und tragen zu ihrem Wohlbefinden bei. Diese Position ist ab sofort in Teilzeit zu besetzen.

  • Unterstützung der Bewohner bei der Grundpflege und täglichen Aktivitäten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Pflegeplänen
  • Unterstützung des Pflegefachpersonals bei medizinischen Aufgaben
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation des Gesundheitszustands der Bewohner
  • Förderung der sozialen Interaktion und Teilnahme an Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Unsere Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer (m/w/d)oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Empathie und Freude im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Pflegedokumentation von Vorteil
