  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Altenpflegehelfer/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer/in (nicht zwingend notwendig)
  • Pkw-Führerschein
  • Erfahrungen in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • eigenverantwortliches und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • freundliche und positive Einstellung zu pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Sorgsame, fachkompetente und einfühlsame Arbeitsweise
  • Engagement, körperliche und seelische Stabilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Kommunikation mit Klienten, Angehörigen, Kollegen und Vorgesetzten
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
