Für unsere ambulante Seniorenhilfe sowie unsere zwei Pflegeheime in Ludwigsfelde suchen wir Dich als Pflegehelfer (w/m/d) – herzlich, engagiert und mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

Eigenständige Durchführung von Pflegeaufgaben gemäß Pflegeplanung
Grundpflege (Körperpflege), Unterstützung bei den Mahlzeiten sowie Lagerung und Mobilisation unserer Senioren
Medizinisch-unterstützende Tätigkeiten
Begleitung und Betreuung der Senioren im Alltag – für ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe
Elektronische Pflegedokumentation
Hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten
Erfahrung in der Altenpflege (stationär oder ambulant) als Pflegehelfer, Krankenpflegehelfer, Gesundheitshelfer oder Pflegefachassistent (w/m/d)
Freude am wertschätzenden Umgang mit Senioren – Empathie und Herz für den Beruf
Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit
Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
PC-Grundkenntnisse
Führerschein Klasse B (für den ambulanten Bereich erforderlich)
