Vitacura Pflege GmbH, ambulanter Pflegedienst mit Sitz in Isernhagen, sucht eine Pflegehilfskraft / Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für eine feste Tour im Raum Hannover und Landkreis Schaumburg. Arbeitszeit Montag bis Freitag tagsüber, 38,5 Stunden pro Woche, keine Wochenend- und Nachtdienste. Ein Fahrzeug für die Tour wird gestellt.

Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege, hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung, Betreuung und Alltagsbegleitung, Begleitung zu Terminen, einfache digitale Dokumentation.

Wir suchen eine verständnisvolle, umsichtige und freundliche Person mit Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen, die einen klaren, festen Tagesablauf brauchen. Wichtig sind Verlässlichkeit bei abgesprochenen Abläufen, gute Umgangsformen und Respekt vor den Wünschen der Klienten. Führerschein Klasse B ist Voraussetzung, ebenso Nichtraucher. Ein Betreuungsschein ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung – die Bereitschaft, ihn nachzuholen, sollte vorhanden sein. Quereinsteiger mit passender Erfahrung sind willkommen.

Wir bieten 17,50 € pro Stunde, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Gutscheine und weitere Extras nach Absprache, strukturierte Einarbeitung, feste Klienten, kurze Entscheidungswege und eine langfristige Perspektive.
