## Deine Aufgaben als Pflegehilfskraft

  • ✅ Unterstützung der Pflegefachkräfte bei der Grundpflege unserer Patienten
  • ✅ Hilfe bei der Körperpflege, beim An- und Auskleiden sowie bei der Mobilisation
  • ✅ Unterstützung bei der Nahrungsaufnahme und Flüssigkeitsversorgung
  • ✅ Begleitung und Betreuung der Patienten im Alltag
  • ✅ Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands und Weitergabe wichtiger Informationen an die Pflegefachkräfte
  • ✅ Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • ✅ Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen nach Vorgaben

### Fachliche Qualifikationen

  • ✔ Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung in der Pflege sind willkommen (je nach Einsatzbereich)
  • ✔ Freude am Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen

### Berufserfahrung

  • ✔ Erste Erfahrung in der Pflege ist von Vorteil
  • ✔ Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen

### Persönliche Stärken

  • ✔ Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • ✔ Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • ✔ Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ✔ Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungen
  • ✔ Führerschein der Klasse B
