Für eine kleine Wohngemeinschaft suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige Pflegehilfskraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit – auch ohne Ausbildung möglich .

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Bewohner im Alltag
  • Hilfe bei der Grundpflege
  • Begleitung im Tagesablauf
  • Zusammenarbeit im kleinen Team

### Wir bieten dir:

  • Stundenlohn: 16,50 €
  • 3-Schicht-System
  • 10-Stunden-Dienste mit 1 Stunde Pause
  • Arbeitsbeginn um 07:00 oder 08:00 Uhr
  • ca. 16 Arbeitstage pro Monat
  • Einarbeitung und Unterstützung im Team
  • Quereinsteiger herzlich willkommen

### Dein Profil:

  • Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Pflege oder Betreuung, z. B. durch ein Praktikum, sind von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich
  • Auch Quereinsteiger ohne vorherige Berufserfahrung sind willkommen
