Aufgaben bezogen auf den Pflegebedürftigen

  • regelmäßige Informationspflicht über die Besonderheiten, Wünsche und Probleme der Pflegebedürftigen
  • sorgfältiges und lückenloses Ausführen aller erforderlichen und vereinbarten Pflegemaßnahmen Anwendung vereinbarter und verabschiedeter Richtlinien und Verfahrensanweisungen im Pflegeprozess
  • Einbeziehung des Patienten und seiner Angehörigen in das gesamte Pflegegeschehen; insbesondere Motivation des Pflegebedürftigen sich aktiv am Pflegeprozess zu beteiligen und seine vorhandenen Ressourcen zu stärken
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation bei jedem Pflegeeinsatz
