Unser mobiles Pflegeteam betreut Patienten in ihrer eigenen häuslichen Umgebung. Unser oberstes Prinzip ist es, die Selbständigkeit und Selbstbestimmung der Patienten durch die Betreuung mit qualifiziertem Fachpersonal zu erhalten.

Unser Team braucht Verstärkung! Daher suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/n Pflegefachhelfer/in (m/w/d) (1-jährige Ausbildung) bzw. Helfer - Altenpflege (m/w/d) in Teilzeit, 15-25 Stunden bei einer 5-Tage-Woche, Mo-Sa und unbefristet.

Ihre Aufgaben...

  • gemäß Ihrer Qualifikation übernehmen Sie alle anfallenden Arbeiten in der ambulanten Krankenpflege, wie z.B. Grundpflege, die hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung der Patienten wo notwendig, diverse Betreuungstätigkeiten bzw. sie unterstützen unsere Patienten
  • Pflegedokumentation nach den Vorgaben

Ihr Profil...

  • Sie sind Pflegehelfer/in (Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer/in) mit 1-jähriger Ausbildung bzw. Helfer/in - Altenpflege
  • Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege ist wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend
  • Führerschein Klasse B (alte Klasse 3) ist Voraussetzung
  • Psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Wir arbeiten im 2-Schichtsystem (Frühschicht 06.30 - 12.30.Uhr und Spätschicht 15.30 - 21.00 Uhr) und Wochenenddienste sind bei uns an jedem 2.Wochenende, wobei Sie nicht beide Schichten abdecken müssen! Wir sind im Rahmen des Möglichen gerne bereit auf individuelle Arbeitszeiten einzugehen - Sprechen Sie uns an!
  • Bei uns erwarten Sie, neben einer leistungsgerechten Bezahlung, Wochenend- und Feiertagszuschläge sowie Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld.
