Für das Wohn.Haus Clichystraße in Heidenheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegehilfskraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit- bzw. Vollzeitanstellung (70 bis 100%).

### Ihr Aufgabenfeld:

  • die Förderung der Teilhabe psychisch behinderter Menschen durch bedarfsgerechte Pflege und Alltagsbegleitung im Rahmen stationärer Wohnbetreuung
  • die Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung von Angeboten zur Strukturierung des Tagesablaufs der Klienten unter Berücksichtigung ihrer Bedarfe
  • die Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von individuellen Hilfeplänen
  • Dokumentation im digitalen Dokumentationssystem

### Wir erwarten:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Pflegehelfer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung psychisch kranker Menschen ist erwünscht
  • Engagement, Kreativität und Flexibilität
  • Besitz des Führerscheins Klasse B (ehem. Klasse 3)
