Ambulanter Pflegedienst Mittelthüringen

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt haben wir in unserem ambulanten Pflegedienst Mittelthüringen eine Stelle als Pflegehilfskraft (m/w/d) im Dreischichtsystem zu besetzen. Es handelt sich um eine Anstellung mit einem Stundenumfang ab 35 bis 40 Stunden/Woche, je nach Vereinbarung. Du arbeitest in einem stabilen und selbstorganisierten Team. Im ambulanten Pflegedienst Mittelthüringen betreuen wir sowohl Patientinnen und Patienten in ihrer eigenen Häuslichkeit sowie in der Senioren-WG "Lindenhof" in Erfurt-Vieselbach.
Deine Aufgaben
✓ Hilfestellung bei der Nahrungsaufnahme
✓ Kontrolle der Vitalfunktionen
✓ Messung von Atmung, Puls, Körpertemperatur und Blutdruck
✓ Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Anpassung der Einrichtung an Veränderungen des Marktes
✓ Einhaltung der träger- und hausinternen Standards und Handlungsrichtlinien
✓ Führen der Pflegedokumentation

Qualifikation
✓ Ausbildung zur Pflegehilfskraft
✓ Idealerweise Erfahrung mit dementiell veränderten Menschen
✓ Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbständiges Arbeiten
✓ Bereitschaft zur Qualifikation
✓ Verantwortungsbewusstsein
✓ EDV-Kenntnisse
