Die Nikolaus Groß Altenwohn- und Pflegeheime GmbH gehört zum Gesamtunternehmen der Nikolaus Groß Stiftung Essen. Insgesamt gehören zum Gesamtunternehmen fünf Altenwohn- und Pflegeheime im Essener Norden mit 500 vollstationären Pflegeplätzen.

Zur Unterstützung des engagierten Pflegeteams unseres Papst Leo Hauses suchen wir eine flexible und motivierte Pflegehilfskraft in Teilzeit (75%) (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der täglichen Grundpflege unter Beachtung der Regeln der aktivierenden Pflege
  • Betten und Lagern der Bewohner\*innen unter Verwendung zweckmäßiger Lagerungshilfen
  • Mobilisation der Bewohner\*innen durch aktive und passive Bewegungsübungen
  • Motivation der Bewohner\*innen zur Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen, zur Inanspruchnahme therapeutischer Angebote, zu Bewegungsübungen und zur aktiven Beschäftigung

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Altenpflegehelfer\*in
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
