In den Seniorenheimen der Hansestadt Wismar ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt folgende Stelle zunächst befristet für 1 Jahr zu besetzen:

### Pflegehilfskraft (m/w/d)

Vergütung:

Entgeltgruppe P5 (ungelernt), TVöD-B

Entgeltgruppe P6 (mit Ausbildung), TVöD-B

\*\*Beschäftigungsumfang:\*\* Teilzeit

Einsatz auch am Wochenende und an den Feiertagen (3-Schichtsystem)

Für alle drei Einrichtungen der Seniorenheime der Hansestadt Wismar.

Weitere Benefits:

  • Anteilige Jahressonderzahlung im November
  • (13. Monatsgehalt)
  • Urlaub: 30 Tage/Jahr (+ Schichturlaub)
  • Leistungsorientierte Bezahlung im Dezember
  • 24.12. und 31.12. zusätzliche freie Tage

Ihr Profil:

  • Mitarbeiter mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung als Altenpflegehelfer/in, Krankenpflegehelfer/in oder Gesundheits- und Pflegeassistent (m/w/d)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikations- und Empathievermögen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • bei ausländischen Bewerbern ist das B2-Zertifikat zwingend erforderlich, sowie ein gültiger Aufenthaltstitel inkl. Arbeitserlaubnis (bei nicht-EU-Ländern)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung bei der alltäglichen Bewohnerversorgung
  • Mobilisation der Bewohnenden
  • Pflegedokumentation
