## Das erwartet dich als Pflegehilfskraft im Friesischen Wohnpark

Im [Friesischen Wohnpark](http://friesischer-wohnpark.de/friesischer-wohnpark/) werden zurzeit 120 Senior:innen betreut. Als Pflegehilfskraft leistet du unseren Bewohner\*innen Hilfestellung bei der Bewältigung des Alltags und übernimmst grundpflegerische Maßnahmen Versorgungen. Du unterstützt unsere Bewohner/innen außerdem in ihrer Alltagsgestaltung und dessen Organisation.Du stehst dabei in engem Austausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen und unserem gesamten multiprofessionellen Team.
