Du unterstützt unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner dabei, ihren Alltag möglichst selbstbestimmt und würdevoll zu gestalten.

Dabei bist du nicht nur unterstützend und pflegerisch tätig, sondern vor allem menschlich und zugewandt.

Gemeinsam schaffen wir einen Ort, an dem Geborgenheit, Respekt und individuelle Betreuung im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner bei der Grundpflege
  • Hilfe bei der Mobilität sowie bei alltäglichen Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Nahrungsaufnahme und Flüssigkeitsversorgung
  • Begleitung und Betreuung im Tagesablauf
  • Beobachtung des Befindens der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und Weitergabe wichtiger Informationen an die Pflegefachkräfte

Das bringst du mit:

  • • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Wertschätzende und respektvolle Grundhaltung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Pflege sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung

Wir als diakonischer Träger orientieren uns an einem christlichen Menschenbild.

Eine Kirchenzugehörigkeit ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung.
