  • Unterstützen : Du unterstützt die Bewohner\*innen bei der aktivierenden Grundpflege, gestaltest Nähe im Sinne der Bezugspflege und hast ein feines Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse
  • Zusammenarbeiten : Gemeinsam mit Pflegefachkräften begleitest du unsere Bewohner\*innen im Alltag und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich sicher und gesehen fühlen
  • Stärken : Beim Essenreichen, in kleinen Alltagssituationen oder mit einem offenen Ohr förderst du Selbstständigkeit, Vertrauen und Gemeinschaft
  • Mitdenken : Du erkennst Veränderungen, gibst Rückmeldung und dokumentierst sie sorgfältig, damit wir unsere Bewohner\*innen so unterstützen können, wie es für sie richtig ist

## Wann du zu uns passt:

  • Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Pflege : Du hast schon als Pflegehilfskraft gearbeitet oder durch ein längeres Praktikum, ein FSJ oder einen vergleichbaren Einsatz Erfahrung in einem Pflegeheim gesammelt
  • Du bist flexibel bei deinen Arbeitszeiten : Früh-, Spät-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienste lassen sich gut mit deinem Alltag vereinbaren

## Worauf du dich freuen kannst:

  • Jahressonderzahlung: sogenanntes "13. Gehalt"
