  • Die Kreisgeschäftsstelle des BRK in Ansbach ist für Stadt- und Landkreis Ansbach zuständig.
  • Über 4.070 ehrenamtliche aktive Mitglieder sind in vier Rotkreuz-Gemeinschaften organisiert.

Zudem sind derzeit rund 425 hauptamtliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bei uns beschäftigt.

Für unsere ambulante Pflege suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegehilfskraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege anhand der Pflegeplanung unter Beachtung der gültigen Standards und Verfahrensanweisungen des BRK-Kreisverbandes
  • sach- und fachgerechter Umgang mit Medikamenten
  • vollständige Dokumentation aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • Umsetzung der Expertenstandards
  • Erstellen von Pflegeanamnesen und Pflegeplanung
  • Durchführung von Pflegevisiten und Evaluation der Pflegeplanung
  • Begleitung von Arztvisiten und ordnungsgemäße Ausführung der ärztlichen Anordnungen

  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und soziale Kompetenz
  • eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • optional abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Pflegehilfskraft m/w/d
