  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege (z.B. Körperpflege, Ankleiden, Hilfe bei der Mobilität)
  • Durchführung von Behandlungspflege (z.B. Injektionsgabe, Medikamentengabe nach ärztlicher Anordnung)
  • Betreuung und Begleitung der Klienten im Alltag
  • Dokumentation der pflegerischen und medizinischen Leistungen
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen und anderen Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil:

  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Pflege sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Behandlungspflege sind wünschenswert
  • Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und sind einfühlsam im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität zeichnen Sie aus
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
