Ort: 50999 Köln I Vertragsart: Teilzeit, 19,5 - 35 Std./Woche, unbefristet I Beginn: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben: Hier kannst du gestalten

  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Grund- und Behandlungspflege von Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung in der Wohngruppe
  • Begleitung, Unterstützung und Förderung von 8 Menschen mit kognitiven Mehrfachbeeinträchtigungen in allen Alltagssituationen (Essen, Freizeit, Arztbesuche)
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Arbeiten im Schichtdienst (Blockdienste mit Nachbereitschaft, Früh- und Spätdienste)

Das bringst du mit: Deine Stärken zählen bei uns

  • Zertifikat zur Erbringung von Leistungen der Behandlungspflege (LG 1 & LG 2)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Menschen mit Behinderung mit. Dies ist jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Du begegnest deinem Team und den Klient:innen mit Wertschätzung und auf Augenhöhe
