Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung und Unterstützung der ambulanten Pflege im häuslichen Umfeld der Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung individueller Pflegepläne
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands sowie zuverlässige Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an das zuständige Fachpersonal
  • Einfühlsame Betreuung und Unterstützung von Pflegebedürftigen sowie deren Angehörigen im Pflegealltag
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und regionalen Gesundheitseinrichtungen
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Qualitäts-, Pflege- und Hygienestandards

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Ambulante Pflege mit Herz – Freude an der Betreuung von Menschen zu Hause
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten im Pflegeteam
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Einsätze bei Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Quereinstieg möglich – auch motivierte Neueinsteiger willkommen
