  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpflegehelfer\*in, Pflegeassistenz oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenzen
  • Sie verstehen Pflege und Betreuung als Beziehungsprozess
