Der Volkssolidarität Schwerin - Westmecklenburg e.V. sucht ab sofort eine

\*\*Pflegekraft (m/w/d)\*\*

für den ambulanten Pflegedienst der Pflegefüchse Pampow/Schwerin in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mindestens 30 Stunden/Woche).

\*\*Ihre Aufgaben:\*\*

  • Pflege, Behandlungspflege und Betreuung von pflege- und hilfsbedürftigen Menschen
  • pflegerische Betreuungsmaßnahmen
  • hauswirtschaftliche Unterstützung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Unterstützung von Patient\*innen und deren Angehörigen mit zuverlässiger Pflege und Betreuung

\*\*Ihr Profil:\*\*

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Alten- und Krankenpflegehelfer\*in wünschenswert,
  • körperliche und seelische Stabilität
  • positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen und älteren Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtdiensten, Wochenend- sowie Feiertagsarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Lernbereitschaft
  • sicheres Auftreten und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Führerschein und Fahrpraxis
