Pflegekraft (m/w/d)

Diese Tätigkeiten erwarten Sie

Selbstständige Durchführung der Grundpflege unter Einhaltung der Pflegeplanung
Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
Einhaltung der Pflegekonzepte und -standards

Das zeichnet Sie aus

Abgeschlossene 1-jährige Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
Sie arbeiten eigenständig und lösungsorientiert
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der digitalen Pflegedokumentation
