Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Pflegekräfte (m/w/d) für das Altenpflegeheim "Friedenshöhe" Radeburg.

Die Stellen haben einen Umfang von 32 h / Woche, eine Beschäftigung in Vollzeit ist möglich. Die Stellen sind unbefristet.

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung einer umfassenden, geplanten grundpflegerischen Versorgung
  • Dokumentation der pflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • Mithilfe bei der Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Pflege wünschenswert, aber nicht Bedingung
  • Positive Arbeitseinstellung und Ausgeglichenheit
  • Wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Empathische Grundhaltung im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
