Die Ökumenischen Sozialstation im Erbstromtal gGmbH ist ein Träger der Altenpflege, wir betreiben neben ambulanten Pflegeangeboten, Leistungen der teilstationären Altenpflege.

Für unsere ambulante Pflege suchen wir zu sofort, eine Altenpflegehelfer/in, in einer 30h/Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung einer aktivierenden, bedürfnisorientierten Bezugspflege
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Verrichtungen
  • Führen der Patientendokumentation nach Standard im Verantwortungsbereich

Wir erwarten:

  • Eine hohe Motivation in diesem Fachbereich zu arbeiten
  • Eine hohe soziale und persönliche Kompetenz
  • Flexibilität, persönliches Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
